I was born July 10, 1980 John William Anthony, but I go by Will, my parents did that to me. I’m United States Army combat veteran and fitness has always been a passion more than a profession. I’ve been training and conditioning my body for well over a decade and I transitioned that into helping others train and condition their bodies once I ETS’d from the Army. I’ve been training as a profession for 6 years and my goal is always to get the best results possible based on the individual. I started this gym to bring old school fundamentals combined with new training ideas into a proper gym environment. I will be transparent as an owner, I will have the best equipment for people who lift, and I will strive to adapt the gym to my members needs.
