Athleticism has always been a major part of my everyday life; playing soccer in high school lead to becoming more involved in bodybuilding and learning to improve my techniques in everyday lifts. Tweaking, building, and learning from your workout routine is what strength and conditioning is all about; there is always room to improve. For the last ten years I have had the pleasure of working with many different individuals seeking a variety of fitness goals. I have witnessed amazing results from the average gym-enthusiast to MMA fighters, male and female physique competitors, college athletes, and single moms, to name a few. More specifically, for the last three years I have devoted much of my time and experience to the necessary strength and conditioning skills, which include a strong emphasis on nutrition, needed for serious physique competitors while also competing myself. So, however small or large your fitness goals may be take a chance, pick up a piece of iron with me, and see how much you can change your life for the better. Nothing makes me happier than seeing my clients impress themselves.
